If it's Tuesday, we must be back in Price

The handsome young man in white at the right is our 14th grandchild, Master Bradley James Malmstrom. This photo was taken last Sunday, March 4, 2007 after Bradley had been officially named and then blessed by his father, James. Also participating in the blessing were grandfathers Roger Malmstrom and Jerry McBride, with uncles Randy Merrell, Aaron Fields, Dennis Gardner, and Bishop Alan Story. Bradley's Uncle John was able to hold the microphone while standing next to the circle of participants.

Bradley was born premature in November of last year and following the advice of their doctor James and Stephanie delayed performing the blessing in order to avoid exposing him to any potential health risks. However, he is growing and procressing normally now and is getting to be a handsome fellow, even if we do say so ourselves.

Marylee and Tyler and their family wanted to be with us but because of some illness they were forced to stay home and try to throw off a virus or something that they picked up last week while Marylee and the children visited Melanie and her family in American Fork. Tyler took them there on one of his truck runs and when he to pick them up on Saturday morning, he was sick also. Perhaps they picked it up in Logan before they left but it didn't manisfest itself until they were in American Fork. Anyway, we're sorry they missed the get together and hope they are on the mends.

John and Sarah and their little one, Audrie, were able to be with us. They spent Saturday night in Sandy with Sarah's folks and then drove up on Sunday morning. We also missed Michelle and Aaron with their four children and Macy and Nate. Distance was the determining factor, we're afraid. And with inclement weather earlier in the week, they opted to come and see us all later this spring.

Gloria and I are back at it here in Price. Hurray! Hurray! We finally broke down and got DSL for our Internet connection so now ya'll should be able to contact us by telephone more often without getting a busy signal. And it is much better to have the faster speed.

We'll sign off for now, so until next time. . Adios amigos! Love Roger and Gloria

Sorry about the deleted comment -- the computer accidentally posted my original message twice, so I deleted the second posting. I think you'll really enjoy your DSL! Thanks for sharing special photos and fun from your family. We love you! Chris & Corenna Cannon & Family
