August is almost over

It's the 25th of August. Where did it go? School has started again. Our road is still unfinished. The tomatoes have not yet really started to mature to the point they can be picked. The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting a little colder every passing day. It's like the old song goes, "Times, they are a changin'."

Gloria and I spent five days in Logan with Tyler and Mary and their children. They have a beautiful and precious bundle of joy. Ava Gloria is a doll!

Gloria basks in the joy and happiness of holding baby Ava for the very first time. This was a great three-generation magic moment.

Gloria fixed Leah's hair and so Leah wanted Roger to take her picture. She sat on a chair and Roger told her to "Hold you head up." She did.

Alicia and Canyon started back to school on Wednesday of last week. Don't they look excited and anxious to get started again? Alicia is a 4th grader this year and Canyon is in the 2nd grade. Don't they look sharp?
